Minded Psychology was designed and styled with emotion in mind. Research has found that the way we feel in our environment has a significant influence over our mental and physical wellbeing. It was for this reason that the aesthetics at Minded Psychology were designed to ensure people feel calm, comfortable, nurtured and safe in their surroundings, while doing such vulnerable work. 

What to Expect

The most important variable in effective treatment is client-practitioner match. A client must really like their practitioner and feel understood and supported by them. Your practitioner needs to become your greatest advocate, and this can only occur if you find the ‘right’ one for you.
