Minded Psychology is a growing private practice in Beaumaris with an established network of referrals.  We currently have a beautifully styled room available for a passionate psychologist who would like to work in a collaborative and integrative setting. Minded Psychology treats the mental health issues of clients by investigating the messages behind their symptoms. Therapy at Minded Psychology focuses on identifying unconscious unmet needs and helps the client (and where appropriate their family) meet those needs so long-term healing can occur.  Minded Psychology uses a person-centred approach (including but not exclusively Emotion-Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory) to help clients improve their level of functioning, ensuring they feel empowered in the process. We look closely at the relationship between the mind and body, so lifestyle factors such as movement and nutrition are also important.

Minded Psychology values family inclusive treatment when working with young people. Psychologists are encouraged to work closely with their client’s network, including specialists and schools. Should you join Minded Psychology you will become part of our work family and have access to professional support including mentoring, peer supervision, training and case review. You will also receive appropriately matched referrals (people and presentations that you love working with) and administration assistance so all you'll need to focus on is your clients. 

Minded Psychology administration ensures that each client is allocated a regular session time. This means that you will have a manageable caseload. It will also allow each client to have regular sessions, allowing for continuity of care and better client outcomes. The ideal candidate will be supported to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
