Erin is a registered psychologist with experience in community mental health and private practice. Erin enjoys working with older adolescents and adults who present with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, obsessive compulsive disorder, adjustment/transition difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and burnout.
Erin prides herself on working collaboratively with her clients, ensuring they feel safe enough to address their deepest vulnerabilities. She gently guides the exploration of their challenges by fostering an empathetic, honest, and non-judgmental relationship.
Adopting an individualised and person-centred approach to therapy, Erin tailors treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. With a focus on their autonomy, strengths, and internal resources, Erin aims to empower her clients to recognise their ability to create lasting and fulfilling change
Erin draws on various evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness.
Erin holds her registration with the Australian Board of Psychology and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
