Taking a person-centred approach, Jasmine empowers her clients to become the experts of their own healing. Her warm and compassionate nature fosters a safe environment, allowing clients to explore their vulnerabilities and experience meaningful change. With a holistic perspective, she recognises the strong connection between the mind and body, guiding clients to view their symptoms as powerful messages that offer insight into their emotional or relational needs. Additionally, Jasmine places great importance on a team-based approach, collaborating with parents, schools, and other health professionals when appropriate.
Jasmine is trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). She also integrates attachment-informed and mindfulness-based practices, priding herself on her ability to personalise treatment plans to suit the individual needs of her clients. In addition to therapy, Jasmine is skilled in psychological assessment, which she utilises to gain deeper insight into her clients’ strengths and challenges, enabling her to fine tune therapeutic strategies.
Jasmine’s primary goal as a psychologist is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and nurturing space while equipping clients with the tools they need to enhance self-awareness, improve functioning, and enrich their quality of life.
